What is a mystery box?+
A box full of cute surprises. You pay a flat price, we curate a mix in your style, you get a box without knowing exactly what's inside. The contents are always worth more than the price.
How many things in a box?+
Every box has 8–15 sweet little things + one guaranteed 'hero' item. We pack each one ourselves in Zagreb, with love.
Can I pick what's inside?+
Not entirely — that defeats the surprise. But DM us your vibe (paper & pens / hair / beauty / mix) and we'll curate around it.
How do I pay?+
You pay by card via Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. BOX NOW is delivery only (locker); there's no payment at the locker.
How long does shipping take?+
We pack and dispatch within 2–5 working days, and BoxNow delivers in 2–5 working days across Croatia. We ship exclusively to BoxNow lockers (24/7 pickup) — always free.
Can I return a box?+
Mystery boxes are personalised so returns only apply to physically damaged items. Send us a photo on DM and we'll fix it.
Do you ship abroad?+
Croatia first for now. EU shipping is coming later this year — Slovenia first.
Is this gambling or a real gift?+
A real gift! Ivy & Peach is not a prize game or a 'win up to X euros' box — no gambling, no tricks. Every box is hand-packed with real products we'd love to receive ourselves. The surprise is in the unboxing, not in luck.
Is this a good gift for a friend, sister or girlfriend?+

How does BOX NOW locker delivery work?+
Pick your BOX NOW locker on the map at checkout. When your box arrives you get an SMS/e-mail with a code and collect it whenever suits you — lockers are open 24/7. Delivery is included in the price.
